I’m starting “Day One” of the Ultimate Blog Challenge.  Thirty-one posts in Thirty days, bring it!  I think that it’s important to do things that take us outside of our comfort zones.  I have many strengths consistency is not one of them.  I am determined to make this a strength. We all need to challenge ourselves to step up our game, what challenge are you willing to take on?

Change happens when you make extraordinary choices and take extraordinary actions. I want to be extraordinary.  All it takes is adding little “extra” to the ordinary.  What small step can you take to make your life the one you have dreamed of having?  What choice can you make that would put you closer to the person you want to be?

It is not the significant huge changes that radically transform our lives.  It is the little things that matter like getting up 5 minutes earlier to meditate, making the call, taking time to show appreciation, and doing something you think you cannot do.  I know that if I want to create the life I want I must require more of myself.

No one has ever accomplished anything significant by playing small, by staying close to the shore, or by settling for the minimum requirements.

That is why you need to challenge yourself to do things whether you feel like it or not.  The feeling is not just around the corner, trust me I looked. The good news is it does not have to be colossal action; it merely requires a little extra.

I hope you follow the journey with me, on this Thirty-day quest.  Subscribe to my blog and get my posts sent directly to you.

If you have a blog, it’s not too late to join the challenge. Go to the URL www.TheUltimateBlogChallenge.com on the banner below.

I like to end my posts with a call to action, a challenge.  Giving a challenge seems especially appropriate today as I commence on this challenge.

My Challenge:

What is one action you can take that is just a little bit “extra” that would put you closer to your goals?  What is a choice you can make now that would enable you to take that action?  Do it!  All it takes is a little ”extra” to take your life from the ordinary to the extraordinary.
